What services do you offer?

West Village Flowers specializes in daily flower delivery services. We offer same-day delivery within a 6 mile radius (roughly 96th St.).

Do you do small events/parties?

Yes! We are happy to provide flowers for dinner parties, corporate events, birthday get togethers, bridal showers, baby showers, etc. We are happy to discuss details with you. For inquires, please contact us at westvillageflowers@gmail.com.

Do you do weddings?

Yes, but only for smaller weddings. We cannot provide services for large-scale weddings.

Do you offer holiday decor services?

No, we do not offer any holiday decor services, including Christmas tree installations, wreaths, or garlands. We do offer holiday decor centerpieces.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes, we offer same day delivery anywhere within a 6 mile radius of our West Village storefront! Same-day orders within Manhattan are advised to placed as early as 12pm EST.

Do you have a minimum for delivery?

Yes, our minimum amount for delivery for a floral arrangement is $75 (not including tax and delivery fee).

When do you guys deliver?

We deliver every day from 10am to 5pm.

When will my flowers be delivered?

Our #1 goal is to have your flowers delivered as quickly as possible. We deliver your order as soon as possible.

May I request a specific time?

Yes. You can request a time frame and we will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee a delivery at that specific time.

Will the recipient know they are receiving my flowers?

Yes. We will contact the recipient to ensure he/she will be available to accept the delivery at the given address. If you would like it to be a surprise just let us know beforehand.

What if the recipient is not home?

We usually contact the recipient to ensure they are home before the delivery is made. But if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery (depending on location), we will leave the flowers in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return (doorman, neighbor) or we leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery on another day.

Can I request to leave the flowers in front of the door?

Yes you may, but we highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. West Village Flower of New York cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request. The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements, plants, orchids, and bouquets.

What if the recipient refuses the delivery?

If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, the sender may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.

I gave you the wrong address on accident.

Please call us as soon as possible to inform us of the correct address at 212.675.4042. We will deliver the flowers as soon as possible to the correct address. If the recipient’s address was incorrect and a delivery was attempted to the address, there will be a $15 address correction fee. If the delivery was made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. West Village Flowers of New York is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect address submitted to us by the sender.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept payment from all major credit card companies, including American Express. In addition, we accept payment from Paypal and Apple Pay. If you pay in cash, there is no tax.

Can I cancel my order?

Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products, we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route, or delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call us at 212.675.4042.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

Unfortunately, we do not give out refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
